Yes — educational documents (degrees, diplomas, transcripts) require QVP (Qualification Verification Programme) verification through the Saudi Cultural Bureau in London, in addition to the standard apostille and Arabic translation. This is separate from the normal attestation process.

For most Saudi government agencies, you can submit bilingual documents (Arabic + English). However, where any conflict exists between versions, the Arabic text always prevails. For government tenders via Etimad, Arabic is the only acceptable language with no English alternative.
